Technical details
Overview
A full-bodied matte porcelain for interior floors that need a quiet, stone-like surface. This page is sample data for the catalogue, not a live specification.
Full body
The colour runs through the tile, so a small chip is less visible.
Rectified edge
Sized after firing so joints can stay at about 2 mm.
Benefits
Low water absorption, a matte surface that hides light wear, and a rectified edge for a narrow joint.
Where to use
Living floors
Living and dining · House
A calm field for large rooms.
Lobbies
Entrance · Apartment building
Takes regular foot traffic when grouted correctly.
Project references
- Sample · Riverfront house · Ahmedabad — Ground-floor living room.
How to use
Specify it on dry interior floors. Confirm slip resistance for wet rooms with the manufacturer before use in showers.
Installation
1. Check the screed
The screed should be level, dry and free of dust.
2. Set out the grid
Start from the centre of the room so cut tiles sit at the edges.
3. Bed and level
Use a large-format adhesive and the levelling clips. Keep a 2 mm joint.
View in your space
Drag to rotate. On a supported phone, use View in your space.
Maintenance and care
Sweep grit off the surface and wash with a neutral cleaner. Avoid acidic cleaners on the cement grout.
